• All sales of physical wireless chatting devices and drone hardware are final—no returns or refunds except for defective goods confirmed through inspection within 7 days of delivery.
• Defective items will be replaced or repaired at no cost. We may request images, videos, or the return of defective item before issuing a refund/replacement.
• No refunds for physical damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Software, Services & Subscription Refunds

• Refund eligibility for software subscriptions, SaaS services, or platform access is governed by your specific subscription agreement and payment provider policies (e.g., Razorpay, Google Play, Apple App Store).
• Cancellations and refunds depend on your payment processor’s rules and timelines; we assist but do not directly control payment refunds.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• We may deny refunds if terms and conditions are violated or services are used beyond trial periods.

4. Order Cancellation
