You can request permanent deletion of your account by emailing us at info.aigonity@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered email/id for verification.

3. Data Deletion Process

• Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will begin the deletion process within 7 business days.
• All your personal data, usage history, credentials, and account content will be permanently deleted from our systems and backups, except data required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• We will send a confirmation email once deletion is completed.
• If you have remaining subscription credits, points, or balances, these will be forfeited upon deletion.

4. Data Retention Exceptions

Some information we may retain after deletion for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or business record-keeping, while severing linkage to your deleted account.

5. Withdrawing Deletion Request

You may withdraw your deletion request before completion by contacting us via the above email. After confirmation of deletion, account recovery is not possible.

6. Impact of Account Deletion

Account deletion means permanent loss of all saved data, content, preferences, and cannot be reversed. You will no longer be able to access any paid services or subscription features associated with your account.

7. Compliance with App Store Requirements

We comply with Apple’s and Google Play’s policies by providing an accessible account deletion process, data transparency, and timely deletion of personal data. This is applicable to both our website and mobile applications.
